Return Policy for Print-on-Demand Products
At Bel Anne Craft Studio, I take pride in offering high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your preferences. Since all my items are made to order, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for customer preference or sizing issues.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will be happy to provide a replacement to ensure your complete satisfaction.
To initiate a return or report an issue, please provide your order number and a description of the problem. I will guide you through the process and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly.

Holiday Season Shipping Update:
During the busy holiday season, Bel Anne Craft Studio’s U.S. fulfillment partner for POD Products applies a temporary $0.40 shipping surcharge per order. This small, short-term increase helps cover the higher operational costs and carrier fees that occur during peak shipping months. The surcharge will be in effect from October 15, 2025, through January 17, 2026, and applies to all U.S. destinations, regardless of shipping method.
I understand how important affordable shipping is and truly appreciate your understanding as Bel Anne Craft Studio works to ensure reliable delivery times throughout the holidays. This adjustment allows me to keep your handcrafted items and print-on-demand products arriving safely and on schedule, even during the busiest time of year.
HANDMADE PRODUCT POLICY – RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
At Bel Anne Craft Studio, each handmade item is carefully created by hand and made to order with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Because these items are handmade and produced specifically for each order, all handmade products are considered final sale.
Customer Responsibility Before Ordering
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the item description, sizing, and product details before placing an order. Please be absolutely certain that the item you select is your final choice.
Once an order is placed and production begins, the item is created specifically for that order. Because of this made-to-order process, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once production has started.
No Refunds or Returns
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of these items, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference after receiving the item
• Ordering by mistake
Once an item has been created and shipped, it cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or there is a verified defect in the craftsmanship, I will gladly replace the item.
To begin the replacement process, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect
• Photos of the packaging if the damage occurred during shipping
Return Requirement for Replacements
If a replacement is approved, the original item must be returned to Bel Anne Craft Studio.
Customers will be provided with return instructions after the issue has been reviewed. Once the damaged or defective item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be created and shipped.
Replacements are issued only after the original item has been returned and received.
Replacement Policy
Bel Anne Craft Studio does not issue refunds on handmade items. If a verified issue occurs, the item will be replaced with the same product once the returned item has been received.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not qualify for replacement.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate before placing their order. Please carefully review your address details to make sure they are correct.
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Bel Anne Craft Studio is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible by email. I will do my best to assist if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost or significantly delayed during transit due to the shipping carrier, please contact me by email so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.
If the tracking information confirms that the package was lost by the shipping carrier, Bel Anne Craft Studio will work directly with the carrier to investigate the issue. In these situations, I will gladly replace the item once the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit.
However, Bel Anne Craft Studio is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Please be sure to carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

Item Condition After Delivery
Replacement requests apply only to items that arrive damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or misuse of the product after it has been delivered is the responsibility of the customer.
If a concern is reported, the item must remain in the same condition in which it was received until the issue has been reviewed and return instructions are provided.
Store Credit for Unavailable Replacements
In the rare event that a replacement item cannot be provided because the original product has been discontinued, materials are no longer available, or the item cannot be recreated in the same way it was originally made, Bel Anne Craft Studio reserves the right to issue a store credit instead of a replacement.
The store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card for the original purchase amount of the item.
This gift card may be used toward the purchase of another item available on the Bel Anne Craft Studio website.
Store credit is provided only in situations where a verified issue has occurred and the original item cannot be replaced. Store credits are not issued for change-of-mind purchases or other situations that fall outside the replacement policy.
Digital Product Policy
At Bel Anne Craft Studio, I offer a growing collection of thoughtfully designed digital products through Bel’s Digital Creations, created to inspire and support your creative journey.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, I’m unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly once your purchase is complete.
You will receive download links on the Thank You page after checkout, and a copy of your download link will also be sent to you by email for easy access.

Fabrics & Textiles Return Policy

Holiday Shipping Information (Handmade Items)
Thank you so much for supporting my small studio! Each handmade item is thoughtfully printed, packaged, and shipped with care directly from Bel Anne Craft Studio. Because these are custom-printed and handcrafted in-house, shipping times may vary slightly depending on production and the time of year.
United States (Domestic Orders)
All handmade orders within the U.S. are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using standard shipping.
Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days after the order leaves the studio.
Please allow a few extra days during high-volume seasons such as the holidays.
Holiday Advisory:
For Christmas delivery, please plan to order by mid-December to ensure your package arrives in time for the holiday.
Orders placed after that time will continue to ship normally, but delivery may occur after New Year’s once USPS resumes standard post-holiday schedules.
Canada Orders
Handmade orders shipped to Canada generally take 10–15 business days for delivery.
Processing times may vary depending on customs clearance and regional postal schedules.
Holiday Advisory:
For Christmas delivery, please plan to order by early December to allow for customs processing and international transit.
International Orders (Outside the U.S. & Canada)
